Welcome to Fall Ball!

Summer baseball is moving fast, and fall baseball will be here before you know it! Rochester Youth Baseball Association (RYBA), in partnership with the Rochester Heat, is excited to offer the 2026 Fall Sunday Baseball League.

Bring your own teams or individual players without a team may also join a waiting list where they could be placed on an existing team or a newly formed team, if team spots are open.

Bring Your Own Team

Step 1: Contact the League Director

A parent or coach should email Josh Conley at heatalwaysrise@gmail.com expressing interest in joining the league.

Please include:

• Team Name
• Age Division (Player ages as of May 1, 2027)

Step 2: Submit Your Roster

Once an opening has been confirmed, submit:

• Coach(es) names
• Team roster with players' first & last names (minimum of 12 players)
• Player birthdates (Important: All players must be age-eligible based on May 1, 2027)

Notes:

• Need help finding a few players? Let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
• Team spots are not reserved until rosters have been submitted and approved.

Step 3: Player Registration

After roster approval, your team will receive a registration link.

Players should:

• Register under the correct age division
• Enter the team name
• Enter the head coach’s name

Step 4: TeamSnap Setup

Once all players are registered:

• Your team will be added to TeamSnap.
• The head coach will be assigned as the team manager.
• Coaches can communicate with players and manage schedules through TeamSnap.

Step 5: Schedule Release

League schedules will be released 1–2 weeks before Opening Day and distributed through TeamSnap.

Step 6: League Communication

Throughout the season, TeamSnap will be used for:

• Weather updates and cancellations
• Rules and league expectations
• Scores and standings
• General league announcements

Individual Players Without a Team

Players who do not currently have a team may join the waiting list:

Placement opportunities are not guaranteed and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Possible opportunities include:

• Joining an existing team that needs additional players
• Being placed on a new team formed from waiting-list players (if roster numbers and league openings allow)

Players will typically be contacted by email within a week of the season start date if an opportunity becomes available.

Sunday League Information

Season Schedule:

• Sundays, August 16 – September 20, 2026
• No games on September 6 (Labor Day Weekend)
• Schedules will be released early August. 

Weather Policy:

The league guarantees 4 weeks of games. If more than one Sunday is canceled due to weather, make-up games will be scheduled for:

Sunday, September 27

End-of-Season Tournament:

September 20

• 10U/11U and 12U/13U divisions will conclude with a league tournament.
• 8U/9U and 14U/15U divisions will depend on the number of teams registered.

Cost: $80 per player

• 1 game each Sunday
• 4–6 teams

Dates/Times:

• August 16 – September 20 (No games September 6)
• Games begin at 10:15 AM (Warm-ups at 9:45 AM)

• RBC Fields 5–6
• RCLS East or West
• Soldiers Field

10U/11U Division

Cost: $120 per player

Info:

• 5 Sundays
• 2 games each Sunday
• 4–10 teams

Dates/Times:

• August 16 – September 20 (No games September 6)
• Games begin at 12:45 PM & 3:00 PM (Warm-ups at Noon)

Locations: (TBD)

• RBC Fields 5–6
• RCLS East or West
• Soldiers Field

12U/13U Division

Cost: $120 per player

Info:

• 5 Sundays
• 2 games each Sunday
• 4–10 teams

Dates/Times:

• August 16 – September 20 (No games September 6)
• Games begin at 12:45 PM & 3:00 PM (Warm-ups at Noon)

Locations: (TBD)

• Watson Fields 1, 2, or 3
• RBC Fields 2–3
• Kings Run Park

14U/15U Division

Cost: $90 per player

Info:

• 5 Sundays
• 1 game each Sunday
• Maximum of 6 teams

Dates/Times:

• August 16 – September 20 (No games September 6)
• Games at either 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, or 3:00 PM (On-field warm-ups begin 15–30 minutes before game time.)
