2024 RYBA/Heat Fall Ball
Summer is almost over, and it’s time to register for fall baseball! RYBA, in partnership with the Rochester Heat, will be offering three separate programs to choose from:
- 9U/10U, 10U/11U & 12U/13U, & 14U Sunday Baseball League
- Advanced Instructional Scrimmages (Scrimmage Rochester Heat) TBD
- Intermediate Instructional Leagues TBD
9U/10U, 10U/11U, & 12U/13U, & 14U Sunday Baseball Leagues (Ages as of May 1, 2025)
Bring your own team (12 players minimum) – If you are having issues with getting enough players, let us know and we can help find a few more players.
Coaches – Email Josh Conley at heatalwaysrise@gmail.com to request a spot in one of our leagues. Once we verify there is a spot open, please send your team’s name & the team roster. Once we receive your team’s name and roster, players can sign-up. Your team’s spot is not reserved until you send us your team roster with at least 12 players. We will get your team set up on TeamSnap once all players are registered.
Players – When registering, make sure to include your team’s name and the name of your head coach.
Sunday, September 22 will be the league tournament
Signup Deadline: July 31 or until teams are filled
We guarantee 4 weeks of games. If we have to cancel more than one week, a make-up will be on Sunday, September 29
9U/10U: Cost Per Player: $70 – Sunday games – 5 weeks (1 Game Per Sunday)
Dates: Sundays, August 18 – September 22 (skip September 1)
Game start at 10:15am (warmups start at 9:45am) 4-6 teams
Location: RCLS Fields (West 0r East) or Soldiers Field
10U/11U: Cost Per Player: $110 – Sunday games – 5 weeks (2 Games Per Sunday)
Dates: Sundays, August 18 – September 22 (skip September 1)
Games start at 12:45pm & 3pm (warmups start at noon) 4-6 teams
Location: RCLS Fields (West or East) or Soldiers Field
12U/13U: Cost Per Player: $110 for Sunday games – 5 weeks (2 Games Per Sunday)
Dates: Sundays, August 18 – September 22 (skip September 1)
Games start at 12:45pm & 3pm (warmups start at noon) 4-8 teams
Location: Watson Fields(1,2,or3) or Kings Run Park
14U: Cost Per Player: $80 – Sunday games – 5 weeks (1 Game Per Sunday)
Dates: Sundays, August 18 – September 29 (skip September 1 & September 15)
Games start at 10am, 12:30pm or 3pm (on field warmups 15-30 minutes before game) 4-6 teams max

Advanced Instructional Scrimmages (Scrimmage vs. Rochester Heat Teams)
Cost Per Player: $50 for Instructional Scrimmages – 4 weeks
90 minutes of instructional scrimmaging where coaches help players with in-game adjustments and play live games

Signup deadline: August 1
Location: TBD
Limited spots of up to 10 players in each age group

Intermediate Instructional Leagues
Cost Per Player: $80 for Instructional Scrimmages – 4 weeks
30 minutes of baseball skills work followed by 60-minute instructional coach pitch scrimmages

Signup deadline: August 1
Dates: TBD
Limited spots of up to 18 players
Scrimmages will be for four weeks
Scrimmages will take place at Soldiers Field.

Instructional Leagues or Instructional Scrimmages: Make-ups will be the week after the last scheduled day. We will do our best to get all four weeks in.
