Rochester Youth Baseball Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit baseball program, growing Rochester area youth from kindergarten through 8th grade. The coaches and board members consist of dedicated volunteers whose goal is to ensure the kids have fun while learning the skills and aspects of baseball.
RYBA’s purpose is to provide a program for baseball education, instruction and competition for the youth of the Rochester area, including, but not limited to team leagues, camps, special events (e.g. Honkers, Twins games) and player/coach educational clinics. We focus on providing qualified coaching at all levels. We promote team play, the spirit of sportsmanship, and fair play with active participation of all members. We provide an environment where each player, regardless of age, race, sex, religion, color, or ethnic background is treated fairly, with respect, and in a positive and supportive manner.
RYBA is governed by a Board of Directors which follows our By-Laws.
We expect all of those involved in RYBA: players, spectators, umpires, coaches, parents, board of directors etc to understand and agree in our RYBA Code of Conduct
